Take turns pumping one water balloon. The bigger it gets, the riskier — pop it and you're soaked. Decide who buys coffee or lunch!
No seat has an advantage. Whatever turn you take, your odds are the same.

How to play
- One water balloon and one pump, passed around. Same balloon the whole round.
- On your turn you pump several times in a row. Once you start, you can't stop. (Fewer players, more pumps each.)
- Every pump makes the balloon one size bigger. Bigger means riskier.
- Right after a pump the balloon trembles. You can't tell which way it'll go.
- If it holds, it passes to the next player.
- Whoever pops it gets soaked — that's the loser.
No need to count pumps. The balloon's size is the odds. No seat has an advantage.
